Welcome to our oral surgery practice – expertise and trust for your dental health
In our specialized oral surgery practice, we offer comprehensive care tailored to your individual needs. As a referral practice, we work closely with your dentist and provide treatment if further surgical intervention is necessary. This may include implantation, wisdom tooth removal, or more complex oral surgery. Our experienced team of specialists will be at your side throughout the entire treatment process – from the initial examination and consultation through surgical treatment and follow-up care. We take the time to answer your questions, alleviate any fears, and explain each step clearly. Your safety and well-being are always our top priority. After treatment, we will accompany you through the healing process, while your dentist will provide ongoing care and follow-up. This way, you can be assured that you will receive the best possible care during every phase of treatment. We look forward to supporting you on your journey to optimal dental health!
Implantology & Bone formation
The focus of our daily work is implantation and bone augmentation. Your individual consultation, thorough diagnostics, future-oriented treatment and therapy planning, and comprehensive follow-up care are the essential pillars of our treatment philosophy.
Using 3D X-ray planning, we can precisely predict the results of implantation, enabling a gentle treatment. We use surgical techniques that are minimally invasive and effective. Immediate implantation is also part of our routine, if conditions permit. We use guided and regenerative implantology procedures and place great emphasis on tissue-sparing treatments.
The combination of years of professional experience, continuous training, innovative surgical techniques, and modern treatment equipment enables us to achieve reliable results in implant healing (>95%). Our top priority is to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for the patient and to minimize the time required.

Wisdom teeth and impacted teeth
Patients are often referred to us with a request to have their wisdom teeth removed, as removing them is associated with particular risks. It is not uncommon for their removal to be more complex due to their location. Many patients are unsettled by the negative experiences of acquaintances and are often even very afraid.
Our aim is to remove the wisdom teeth painlessly and as gently as possible. We therefore usually remove wisdom teeth in addition to local anesthesia with the help of sedation (so-called twilight sleep with the drug midazolam) or even under anesthesia in particularly difficult cases.

Apicectomy
Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for teeth that have had a root canal to become infected at the lower end of the root, sometimes even many years after the start of treatment. These can be painful or only discovered as an incidental finding by the dentist on the x-ray and be symptom-free. Ideally, the so-called revision of the root canal treatment is carried out by the dentist or by an endodontologist (= specialist in root canal treatment). If this is not possible due to various situations, the inflammation can be surgically removed with the tip of the root and the tooth can in many cases be kept in this way for the long term.
Surgical tooth restoration
If teeth are severely destroyed, they can often cause inflammation in the jaw, which can also cause general diseases of the organism or have a negative impact on existing diseases.
In the so-called focus search, these teeth are identified and removed from the jaw with the inflammation.
This is also painless and minimally invasive. We pursue a holistic medical approach that focuses on the well-being of the patient.
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin)
Natural healing with your own blood
In our oral surgery practice, we rely on modern and biocompatible procedures to promote wound healing – one of which is PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin). This innovative method utilizes the natural healing powers of your own blood and supports faster and better recovery after surgical procedures.
What is PRF?
PRF stands for "Platelet-Rich Fibrin" and is a concentrate of platelets, fibrin, and white blood cells obtained directly from a small amount of your own blood. Unlike synthetic preparations, PRF is a 100% natural product – completely free of additives.
How does PRF work?
Before the procedure, a small amount of blood will be taken from you, similar to a normal blood draw. This blood is centrifuged directly in our practice to separate the blood-forming components. The resulting fibrin concentrate is rich in growth factors that promote wound healing, inhibit inflammation, and stimulate the formation of new tissue and blood vessels.
Areas of application of PRF in oral surgery
-
Supporting wound healing after tooth extractions
-
Promoting implant healing
-
Jaw bone augmentation (e.g., sinus lift)
-
Treatment of periodontal defects
-
Improving healing after cyst removal or root tip resection
Your benefits at a glance
-
Accelerated wound healing
-
Less postoperative pain and swelling
-
Reduced risk of infection
-
Biological compatibility through the use of endogenous substances
-
No risk of allergic reactions
PRF is an effective, safe, and natural complement to many oral surgical treatments. It harnesses your body's own healing potential, promoting a faster and less complicated recovery.

Sedation with Midazolam
Relaxed and anxiety-free throughout your treatment
Many patients associate oral surgery with nervousness or even anxiety. In our practice, we therefore offer the option of sedation with midazolam – a proven sedative that allows for a stress-free, relaxed treatment. This type of sedation is also known as twilight sleep: a sleep-like state in which you are deeply relaxed without completely losing consciousness.
What is midazolam?
Midazolam belongs to the benzodiazepine group and is used in our practice as intravenous sedation (IV sedation). The medication is administered directly into the vein and takes effect within a few minutes. Thanks to this method of administration, the sedation can be dosed very precisely and individually controlled – for maximum safety and comfort.
A special advantage: Midazolam leads to what is known as anterograde amnesia. This means that after the procedure, you will usually have little or no memory of the procedure – a feature that many patients find very pleasant.
Your benefits at a glance
Relaxed and anxiety-free: Ideal for people with dental anxiety, strong gag reflexes, or for more extensive procedures.
Fast onset of action: The calming effect sets in after just a few minutes.
Individually controllable: IV administration makes sedation particularly easy to control.
Memory lapse as a protection: Thanks to anterograde amnesia, the procedure is usually completely lost.
Excellent tolerability: Midazolam has been proven effective in dental practice; adverse side effects are extremely rare.
Important: Bring a companion to the treatment
Please note that you will not be able to drive after sedation. It is imperative that you bring a companion to the treatment who will be present in the practice during the procedure and accompany you safely home afterward. Participation in road traffic – whether as a driver or pedestrian – is not permitted on the day of treatment.
Personal consultation for your safety
Sedation with midazolam is a safe and effective method to make your treatment as comfortable as possible. We will, of course, discuss in detail beforehand whether this form of sedation is suitable for you – individually, transparently, and with extensive experience.
Contact us – we will take the time to answer your questions and ensure that you feel well cared for.
